Welcome! We're 3
so glad you're here!
Mount Joy Church of God welcomes you and your family to gather and worship with us in a joyful, vibrant, and enriching environment. We think church should be one of the most encouraging and exciting places on the planet—a place where people can experience a God who is real and relevant in their lives today.
We are a community of believers who value vibrant Biblical teaching, inspiring music, and loving fellowship! We believe gathering together is an important and powerful part of opening ourselves to the love and presence of God. Come ready to explore His Word and, in doing so together, experience the gift of love that binds our families as one community.
Church can be an intimidating place to visit — especially if you don’t know what to expect. We invite you to a time of experiencing God's presence through music and exploring what the Bible says both intellectually and relationally at our Sunday worship service. You can engage with others and find places for your whole family to connect. We hope that through visiting with us, you will experience the hope, joy, and love that comes from a community of people who love Jesus.
“All the believers were together and had everything in common.” -Acts 2:44
Worship is central to everything. Worship is the expression of reverence and adoration for God. The Bible tells us that our acts of worship here allow us to join in on the eternal worship in heaven (Revelation 4). Every weekend service includes the opportunity to join in on that worship through song.

We believe that practical, relevant teaching is the catalyst for transformation in an individual's life. The Bible is divinely inspired by God, completely accurate, and our authority regarding our faith, beliefs, and the guide for Christian living.
It is our belief to Proclaim the Gospel as it was presented to us by the Lord Jesus Christ.
It is our belief that we are called to act on our faith, and Seek the Lost as Jesus called his followers to do in the great commission.
It is our belief that we are called to Build Up the Believer by encouraging and lifting up our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.
